Fine Gardener (Shrub & Floral Pruning)

We are seeking a meticulous pruner who understands the "art" of gardening. This isn't just clearing brush; it’s about caring for specimen plants and floral displays as if they were your own.

• The Role: Specialized pruning, floral care, and detailed garden maintenance.
• Requirements: Must be comfortable with consistent lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all Idaho weather conditions.
• The Ideal Candidate: Someone who finds fulfillment in the "before and after" of a well-tended garden and treats every site with the highest level of care.

Professional Standards

This position is client-facing. You will represent the firm on-site, requiring a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.

• Communication Protocol: To maintain project management standards, all client inquiries must be referred directly to the Principal Designer for approval. Crew members do not authorize work or answer technical/billing questions.
• Status: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
